Larrin Rudy is relatively young and fairly new in this career, but is very knowledgeable and works hard to know as much as possible about any particular issue. We were purchasing a house, and am very glad that we asked her to help us buy it. We ended up being able to get a reduced price--learned from a house inspector just how big the electrical upgrade would be--because she kept us on track and within deadlines to renegotiate. Even though we have purchased several houses in our lives, requirements and rules constantly change. It is her business to know, and it really paid off. She projects a professional yet approachable demeanor, and is a cheerful person to spend time with.
